Many third party apps also use iCloud to store data files there. Sign into the iMessage account on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Turn on iMessage and choose your phone number or iCloud email as your iMessage account. Note that this only affects the "Apple data" like contacts, calendars, reminders, etc. This will upload the data to this new account.
